2,800 square feet of design area. A 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with an oversized 2 car garage. Modern design features provided through an efficient use of space with wide views of pool deck and waterway.

Project Narrative:
The client asked to design a Modern/Atomic Ranch inspired home that would maintain a sleek, modern aesthetic while ensuring the home is elevated above required flood levels and constructed with hurricane-resistant materials. This residence is designed to offer contemporary living conveniences and enduring comfort at a modest scale. The clients wanted a strong sense of connection to the outdoors including views and the ability to open the home to the outdoors in the cooler months.

This home is intended to be a year-round retreat for the owners, whilst also providing ample space to accommodate visits from their friends and adult children and families.
