Project Overview:
This tenant improvement project brings a beloved Miami-based bakery franchise to a new location in Ave Maria, Florida. Designed with both functionality and brand identity in mind, the space offers a modern, welcoming experience for customers and staff alike.

Design Style:
Contemporary and brand-consistent, the interior balances clean modern lines with the warmth and charm of a local bakery.

Design Parameters:
Total Area: 2,000 square feet
Customer Lobby: 300 square feet, includes display cases and service counters
Back-of-House: 1,400 square feet with full baking kitchen, walk-in refrigerator & freezer, small office, and restroom

Design Details:
The project required integration of full baking operations, including specialized equipment, ventilation systems, and HVAC, into a compact footprint within an existing mixed-use building. The customer lobby, though small, was designed to feel open and inviting—aligned with the brand’s expanding identity.

Project Narrative:
Tasked with adapting the Vicky Bakery brand into a 2,000-square-foot space, the design team developed a layout that maximized efficiency while creating an engaging customer experience. The 300-square-foot front-of-house lobby features food display equipment and a sleek counter layout. Behind the scenes, the back-of-house area supports full-scale baking operations and includes all necessary infrastructure—equipment, refrigeration, storage, and administrative space.

The result is a clean, modern space that delivers the full flavor of the Vicky Bakery experience in a new market.
